Xbox Support Down
Today there was a new Xbox Live update. It includes a lot of new features including the new Xbox 360 dashboard. The update is currently available worldwide. While many people have been able to get the new Xbox Live update without any problems, others have been having issues. Some users are reporting that the system is telling them to go to: www.xbox.com/support for support.
However, when they direct their web browsers to the website, it is not loading. It appears that a lot of people are having this identical problem, and it is causing the Xbox Live Support website to crash. For those of you that need to access the Xbox support website, keep trying. It may take longer than normal to load, but it should eventually load.
